The Beginnings
In 1949, Dr. Eduard Ferrés Puig (1923–1998) began his career as a dentist, opening his first practice in Barcelona on Pau Claris Street, and shortly after in Vilassar de Mar.
The Second Generation
In 1981, Dr. Eduard Ferrés Padró joined the practice as a specialist in Stomatology, and in 1984 as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, continuing the work at the Pau Claris clinic.
A Growing Project
In 1997, Dr. Eduard Ferrés Padró and Elvira Amat founded the Centre Mèdic Ferrés in the Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona, strengthening a project built on trust, proximity, and excellence.
The Third Generation
In 2004, Dr. Elvira Ferrés Amat joined as a dentist, continuing the family tradition.
In 2011, Dr. Eduard Ferrés Amat also became part of the team.
Institut Ferrés Amat
In 2010, Institut Ferrés Amat was established, a space dedicated to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Comprehensive Dentistry.
In 2016, Dr. Sabine Wüstemann Aronica joined the team as a dentist.
Today
In 2024, Institut Ferrés Amat moved to a new facility in the same neighborhood, adapting to new needs while maintaining the same dedication and vocation as always.
